Our Story

At the BaBS, we continue to make our great breads, donuts, cakes and cupcakes as well as new delectables ‘with a touch of Europe’! We still have some great creations from the past and have added a little Funk and some cases Mish Mash. Variations of croissants, strawberry and blueberry, with real whipped cream are made fresh daily and are always in demand. In addition, our ham/turkey, lettuce, tomato and cheese stuffed croissants, also prepared daily, have been satisfying appetites for many months now. We continue to have many requests for our blueberry and cheddar scones and many people keep requesting our specialty scones which we post on Facebook and Instagram. Compliment that with some great coffees from Europe and other unique teas and drinks which make the Bistro offerings that more worth the drive to Napanee.

Of course, that means the Bistro will continue to offer, as in the past, our weekly Sandwich, Soup and Combos specials. This is complimented by some choice Baker surprises like our blueberry and cheddar scones along with specialty scones which we post on Facebook and Instagram.

The BaBS continues to be open Monday to Saturday, 7am-6pm and on Sunday, 9am-4pm (Closed on Sundays in January). Please check our Facebook and Instagram for changes in opening hours as they occur.

We will be beginning soon again with additional weekly Baker specials and surprises for those who are are looking for new product offerings.
